Yes! Along with our pre-design collection, we also offer customers to create their own designs and get them personalized on their favorite color koozies. Our team will also help you through the whole process.
This is generally the first thing that comes to any customer’s mind and therefore we offer a free digital mockup of the customer’s order within 24 hours. This is to help customers how their koozie will look and make any changes if necessary.
We offer free shipping to our customers on an order total of $189.

Yes, you can do so and add any color koozies you like. We also offer you to merge the different colors within an order to receive free shipping.
We do accept rush orders, although our policies do not change, we only proceed with the order after the approval of your digital mockup. You can reach out to us with your “need by” date and we will get in touch with you.
You can choose from our 3 shipping options, economy, standard, and express which will take 9-15 business days, 6-9 business days, and 2-6 business days respectively.
After you place your order, you will receive the digital mockup and once you approve it, we take 5-7 business days for production. After which according to your selected shipping option, you will receive your order.
Note: This time may vary during holidays or when the company is facing a large number of orders at a time.
We do allow customers to cancel their orders only before they receive their digital mockup. Learn more about our cancellation policy for details.
Customers get easy return options for upto 45 days from the date of their purchase. You can check our return page for a detailed policy.
